The Burlington NC location of your store is...

The Burlington NC location of your store is always in total disarray, dirty, merchandise thrown in piles, one checkout person for long line of people and an absolute shame. The old store used to be our "go to place" for shopping but NOT ANY MORE. I put my possible purchases back on the shelf and left. Very sad that this place has become such a poor place to shop. And to see security at the door for shoplifting was even more sad. Clean up that store or lose lots of business.

A shoe was $6.99. When I left my cart with manager to use outside bathroom after he rudely told me that I can't use theirs, he changed the price to $24.99. When I asked him about it upon my return he started to be disrespectful. And acted as if I was in the wrong for asking questions.

Falsely accused of stealing

I went up there and I pay for a bag of chips I came back because I was a dollar short repaid for the bag of chips the young lady at the cash register was gone she gave me my receipt at the same time the supervisor was following me around the store and I had a receipt in my hand at the end I forgot I had the receipt in my hand and throw a receipt away with the bag of chips when we was getting ready to cash out the young lady took the receipt I mean sorry took the chips out the bag and slam the bag on the countertop and say and pay for this to my wife

Sent you an email last week about the Ventura store which was my favorite store with great stock just messy lingerie disorganized all the time and rude employee when I lost my phone which contains my deceased (april w
2022) pics and voicemails saved. The reason Im shopping there late, weekly , is because its sad and lonely to go home without him there And he passed suddenly there also.
Rude cursing employees on sales floor.

, they talk loudly about customers they think are stealing , personal life matters. Never help customers willingly. I was a manager for macys years back. THEY WOULD NEVER have an asm as rude as Stephanie- not only did she NOT FOLLOW-THROUGH RETURING CALLS or checking cameras that night I was in shopping (she told me it would take her entire shift to go through 26 cameras and she didnt have the time) I was hysterical in tears that night closing , looking for my phone as other customers tried to help.

!! We got the long sob story couple days later over the phone about inventory coming up but she did not check for the phone on the cameras. Following Monday after inventory. Im heartbroken and that was my last lifeline to my kris.

I have seizures in my sleep that began last year and it takes my memories from me.

The phone kept the voicemails. And no my iCloud was full and they were not saved yet

I paid $40 for a beautiful plush blanket loved every minute of it put it in the washer followed washing directions carefully and what came out of the washer was absolutely horrid nothing I could do make this even usable and so far I've gotten no response from the manufacturer or from Burlington I bought another one for $30 at the same time I'm afraid to put it in the washer because the hair that it is lost so far would make an entire cat 70 dollars wasted

Yes I still have an issue with charges. My wallet was stolen and I call you to let you know that my card was used and there is charges. But still I have problems with those charges. Rude Actions of Employees

This complaint is about the store with the address of 1937 Star Shoot Pkwy

A friend of mine stopped by this store earlier today, the store was temporarily closed which of course is fine. Some of your incredibly rude employees were outside.

My friend and her son who is autistic walked to the door and realized it was closed. So she had to explain to him they couldnt go in, he didnt understand why they couldnt go in and started to become upset. The unprofessional staff at this location made comments under their breath about my friends son being bad while shooting ugly looks and continuing to make rude comments about my friends son behavior. Your staff needs trained on disabilities, and take courses on professionalism.

This was a senseless and ridiculous encounter that deeply hurt my friend. You will probably be getting several emails over this exact incident as it has rifled several feathers of her close friends.

Bad customer experience

I came into the store at 10 and this women sandy of the manger at the location in Allentown pa came up to me was a very rude and mean tone said said they were closing in 45 mins , I said okay . Next she said no dogs are allowed in the store to kick me and my husband and se just moved to Allentown so we needed to late night shop for some kitchen utensils and we said he is a service dog and she said that she didnt believe is and she needs to see a card or vest and we said we dont have it right now its at home , and then she said she had to call the emergency store number because were we not allowed to be in the store anymore and kicking us out . This really was aggravating, and my blood pressure was really high Im also pregnant and suffer from anxiety which is one the reasons we have a service dog and she just made this a lot for us my husband left the store and I stayed back to buy what I needed, the register broke on my line and she came and was rude to her employees and seem to be stumping around with an angery face since the moment I got there

Goodmorning you shouldn't have to spend hours in line at your culter bay Burlington the lines are long because there is only two cashiers open it doesn't make any sense and thats every day something needs to be done people constantly leave the lines and so do i because the lines are to long.
