The Burlington store in Toledo, Ohio your employee are pretending to put clothes on layaway and leaving the store with big boxes of clothes. One employee is shopping and not working and pretending to put her clothes on layaway and the employee behind the counter is removing the theft tags and handing the clothes back to the employee not working and she loads big boxes. I could not read the names on their name rage because I didn’t have my glasses. It was on 10/4/19 at 7:30 or so.

Glenda stood by register as Yvonne was ringing me up my sister walks up and gives me her stuff that I promised her I'd buy for her birthday and Glenda went off I paid for my stuff she pulled the receipt out of my hand told my sister to get out of her store because my sister has to get in the back of the line mind you she only had two shirts and she refused to sell to me said she returned my items but my card was never refunded couldn't take my stuff I paid for and most of all embarrassed me so much I've never felt more humiliated in my entire life

First of ALL ,it is YOUR responsibility to pay attention to the clerk & tell them to wrap the sunshades in a paper wrap, or plastic bag, separate. So, they do NOT get scratched, You NEVER put any other article with glasses or sun shades,PERIOD.

You should have been watching & voiced YOUR opinion before leaving the store. We learn by our mistakes.

That just goes without saying! However, the clerk should have known better,but NOBODY DOES their job right any more because they are LAZY, so YOU have to be YOUR OWN advocate for EVERYTHING, NOW DAYS!

Worst cashier service ever, I went to the store at crossroad mall san Antonio , TX to return a kid outfit that I boughtfor my kid. A pregnant cashier with a horrible accent refused to refund me my money back to my account instead she gave it to me cash; when I requested the money to get back to my debit card she told me she can't and that I have to talk to her manager. But she wanted me to sign the return receipt first. I told her I have to speak to the manager first, she got all defensive and start saying I didn't believed her. So rude and unprofessional. Never have someone talking to me like that before. She needs to learn talking manners before working in customer service because that's what customer service is all about. Please Burlington train your people to handle their jobs professionally!!
