I bought 2 capri jeans at $15.99 each, at the moreno valley ca store, i returned them 7 months later, and they gave me back $12.99 TOTAL!!! For both pants. Im not coming back there again.

My wife came to me complaining that there was a hard object in her dress strap, "she guessed maybe it's a wire or something" ? Guess what it was....yep, crazy ! A made in China Lizard, dead and mummified was found as I cut slowly into the garment, trying to keep the hole small for repairing later. My wife is very upset, won't touch it, called the store. I bought a $6.99 scrub pants and needed to return it because it did not fit me. It was well within the 30 days return policy, i had the tags on the pants, and wanted to exchange it for a bigger size, same price ($6.99) scrub instead. I have shopped at burlington coat factory in Braintree for years but after yesterday I will not step foot in there again. Me and my boyfriend went there to return a pair of work boots he bought. He wore them twice and on the second wear the entire sole of one of the boots came off the boot. YOU CAN'T MODIFY ORDERS AFTER YOU MAKE THEM ONLINE AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY WHEN YOU RETURN IT. I made an order online and decided I would rather get my daughter better quality clothing. I also mistakenly put my mother-in-law's address for shipping. I called 1 minute after ordering and they said they couldn't cancel or modify the order in any way. So I went to the Burlington in Village Shoppes in Royal Palm Beach yesterday July 3, 2016 at around 9pm. I was there with my 1 yr old daughter to get some baby towels. I bought a blouse and many more items such as lotions, facial cream.....and some household items.The cashier did not put the blouse in the plastic bag. I am extremely disappointed with this cashier named Diana, Burlington factory silver spring treating myself and my family poorly while I had a $788.05 layaway. Cashier Diana start move myself and family from register 7 to register 4, calling security officer on myself and family humiliating me. Bad customer service. No respect. The assistant manager is a big lier. He has no skill for that position. The customer service department believes everything that man said. Fort Myers, Florida

Our Burlington in Omaha does not look anything like your commercial don't have that much of a selection,Plus size in very lacking and your shoes actually the whole store,workers are great.
